The Φ70+50 PLC Extrusion Line is a high-performance production system designed for manufacturing a wide range of wire and cable products with diameters ranging from Φ1.5mm to Φ12.0mm. It is ideal for producing insulated and sheathed cables, offering high precision and consistent quality. The line is equipped with a main Φ70mm extruder and an auxiliary Φ50mm extruder, providing flexibility for single or dual-layer extrusion processes. The use of a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) ensures precise management and synchronization of each component, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing human error.
